This Innovations webinar will focus on the Supporting Families CoP state team in the District of Columbia (DC) and their vision for supported families in DC. The presentation will share how
they have been working to enhance supports to all individuals with I/DD and their families by working on a more family-friendly and person-centered front door to the state DD agency, build community partnerships, provide information and resources, and move toward a seamless system for individuals and families.
