CoP State One-Pagers
We are excited to publish our Community of Practice (CoP) State Team One-Pagers. These products were developed by national CoP and state team staff to help them promote their initiatives in their states as they share their work with policymakers and leaders in their state.
Each one-pager includes:
A snapshot of what is currently happening in their state in terms of the number of individuals are being served by their state DD system, waivers and services offered, challenges states may be facing– both internal and external, as well as the primary initiatives taking place.

Rachel is the Media & Design Specialist on the Family to Family team at the UMKC-Institute for Human Development, UCEDD. She completed her Master's in Public Administration with an emphasis in nonprofit management at UMKC. She is proud to say she is a second generation AmeriCorps member!
