Changing the way we think about systems change #supportingfamilies
One great thing about being part of a Community of Practice is we are constantly learning and changing our thinking. Below is our updated framework for systems change, which we have modified based on the first year of the Community of Practice and what we have learned so far. Tell us what you think by dropping us a line or commenting below!
We changed the framework to elevate service innovations as an essential element to systems change. Without creating an environment for experimenting and trying new things, it impossible to make progress in changing systems to support families in all of their diversity and complexity.
